Frank Papsadore has stopped running. The 43-year-old advertising executive stopped running his high-powered Boston agency. He stopped running his co – workers into the ground with his lousy temper. He stopped running for pizza between meetings. “I’d always been an athlete,” he says, “ but I was getting fatigued, almost passing out. Plus, I was running to the bathroom twenty times a day. I knew I had to see a doctor”.
The doctor told Papsadore that his weigh – 367 pounds on a six – foot frame – was killing him. Papsadore’s fat was the kind that rips at your heart, steals your eyesight and shreds your nerves. It was diabetes fat.
